Phil’s Fitness Diary week 17 Stormy Times ahead.

Week 17

21st – 28th January 2018

Still not sure what is going on with my body. Different parts still hurt and it seems to move around limbs. I do wonder if I have bitten off more than I can chew with this marathon Idea. Perhaps I should just try and get fitter, lose some weight  and retire disgracefully. On that Note, I have started to lose weight and have started to weigh myself Monday and Friday. Lost 1kg this week. 😊Waited until Thursday 25th to do my Gym Triathlon. 20 Minutes static cycle Watts > 100, Concept 2 Power 3k in just over 15 minutes and then 2 sessions on the treadmill. The first session was mainly walking to see if the calfs or achillies or both kicked off. They didn’t so I did another 10 minutes light jogging.

Then I worked Friday and Saturday so went to the Gym Sunday. As I am getting slightly despondent I thought I would push myself a bit harder and see if anything breaks.

Static bike 20 minutes Output Watts >100

Concept 2 rowing 20 Minutes 3K+

Treadmill 20 Minutes – 5 Minutes’ walk warm up and then 15 Minutes jogging.

Swim 30 Minutes – Or as I say floating with a bit of movement 😊

 

Apart from feeling tired the session went ok so let’s see what joys happen next week!
